Protest PeriodBy mail or in person : May 1 - June 1, 2013
All mail must be postmarked by June 1, 2013. All protests must be submitted in writting. Click here for more information. Business Personal PropertyThe 2013 Business Personal Property Declarations have been mailed by the San Juan County Assessor. If you own, lease, or borrow business personal property with a total market value greater than $7,000, the assets must be reported to our office no later than April 15, 2013. For questions or additional information, phone the Assessor Office.
2012 Abstract of Assessment BrochureThe Abstract of Assessment provides information on the assessed value of property in San Juan County for tax year 2012. The brochure also provides the tax rates and revenues for all taxing entities in the County, and the distribution of taxes by type of taxing authority. These taxes were assessed in 2011 and will be billed and collected in 2013.
